Bedside manner is lacking. I have double vision and Dr. Simpson appeared irritated that he had to do additional testing to determine what prescription I needed. His Double vision testing kit was incomplete and he complained about that. Once prescription was determined he or his staff forgot to include the prism listing on the new prescription. The new glasses (two pair) were made without the prism correction and did not correct my double vision. I now have to obtain a new prescription and have new glasses made.
