I unfortunately experienced an issue with my AC unit this week. Temperature set at 78 degrees however, inside temps reading at 91-94 degrees for my 2 story home (outside temps around 110 past few days). I contacted Juan with Vertex Heating & Cooling and he immediately responded, identified the issue and discussed plan to action. Service completed to the joy and gratitude of myself and 16 year old daughter ( not to mention dogs Flora and Tito 🐾). Highly recommend Juan Alvarez with Vertex Heating & Cooling.
