The place itself was a great experience, but we had a hard time scheduling with an impatient receptionist who answered the phone. The staff we met personally during our visit were very friendly.

The atmosphere was calming. The massage was good. I wish it was a deep tissue. Left feeling refreshed. Had an issue with payment and had to have several interactions afterward to get things corrected. Staff was extremely kind.

I had my first massage at The Spa at the Victory Club today and 10/10 would recommend. I woke up yesterday with a serious headache that lingered this morning as well. Luckily, Bridget had a last minute opening this afternoon and I was able to book a 30 minute Focus massage (great for relieving tension) online before they even opened.After booking, I received a text message confirming my appointment and asking me to sign their cancellation waiver and fill out a quick patient intake.
