I too, was inconvenienced with their phones, not working. Seems it has been an ongoing issue. I was not a happy customer when I arrived. Unable to change my appointment or to confirm my appointment via phone call along with a desperate need to get my haircut, I was ready to let them have it. The receptionist was so friendly and accommodating. I would’ve felt terrible tearing into her with my grievances. I did inform her on a few things that needed to improvement on. Twig, the stylist in charge of turning things around for me had a tall order.

Came here a while ago to get my nails done. My nail tech was nice. The girl that checked me in seemed so irritated that I didn't know how to get checked in and boy were those nails OVERPRICED to high heavens omg. I got builder gel on my NATURAL nails, no designs or charms and paid OVER $100. LIKE GIRL. not to mention the retension was trash. Ive done builder gel before and it's ALWAYS lasted me 4 weeks+ with never any chipping but literally 2 weeks like my nails were peeling/chipping and by the 3rd week they had all come off. I haven't been back and won't be. Save your money and go somewhere else!
