Worst customer service my family & friends have experienced. Don’t bother even trying to call the salon in the first place to book an appointment-like all the other reviews say, they won’t answer the phone.. it is such a great location that I wish they would just move the salon somewhere else and let a business who will actually answer their phones, & treat customers right have that spot. I understand you can book online, however, there are some times where you would like to talk to a real person and ask you questions. I asked why they don’t answer the phone and their response was well after Covid, all of the employees started taking on their own clients at the salon so they booked directly through them and don’t call the main line. So I said OK, so basically you’re not taking new clients? They said, of course they take new clients, which makes zero sense since you don’t accommodate for them. Clearly they do not know how to run a business. That place is a ghost town anytime we drive past it to the store. Please just move already and let another business have that prime location!

I have gotten many bikini wax here for more than a year and seeing the way that they treated me i told her many times that hey it hurts it feels like if your burning my skin and before she would ask me if im ok or take a deep breath this is going to hurt no she decided to slap the wax on my skin and then yank it of like nothing my skin has not stop burning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT A BURNING SKIN AND BEING CHARGE FULL PRICE EVEN THOUGHT THEY YANKED YOUR SKIN OFF. I feel sad and uncomfortable and i will not be returning there anymore

I do not recommend this place for hair services. I went in with blonde hair, expecting a simple service, but the stylist completely messed up my hair color. I specifically asked for blonde, but instead, she sent me to the back and wouldn’t even let me see my hair during the process. When I finally got a look, it was nothing like what I wanted. The lack of communication and transparency was extremely frustrating. If you’re looking for a place that listens to your requests and delivers quality results, this is not it. The manager didn't call me ever back to follow on my hair was sensitive.. they block my calls.i give a big 0 I went through a lot of treatments my hair could have fall off.the hair stylist was the youngest and i asked for the longer hair stylist. They didn't list to me. And until today I need a an apology.

Came here a while ago to get my nails done. My nail tech was nice. The girl that checked me in seemed so irritated that I didn't know how to get checked in and boy were those nails OVERPRICED to high heavens omg. I got builder gel on my NATURAL nails, no designs or charms and paid OVER $100. LIKE GIRL. not to mention the retension was trash. Ive done builder gel before and it's ALWAYS lasted me 4 weeks+ with never any chipping but literally 2 weeks like my nails were peeling/chipping and by the 3rd week they had all come off. I haven't been back and won't be. Save your money and go somewhere else!

WAY OVERPRICED and all they did was gossip. I received a gift card, made the hair appointment. They should have given me a price UP FRONT, but they (she) did not. After all was said and done, my bill was OVER $300. Boy, was I shocked and the look on my face said it all. She asked what was wrong, was that too much, I said I didn't expect that bill, mind you my hair is not long and not thick at all. When I said I was not prepared to pay that much, she says okay well just pay for my time and went down to $150. Goodness gracious, I will not be returning nor recommending anyone. She had such a heavy hand with long acrylic nails, so you can imagine the digging on my scalp.

Bad Customer Service.
I have been trying to call for months, but no one answers the phone, and the voicemail is always full. After calling three times in one day, someone finally answered. I was trying to book an appointment for my daughter and me. After successfully booking an appointment, I received a call saying there was an issue and no appointment or stylist was available. What is the point? They don't answer, appointments get canceled, and now I have to find a place last minute to get my daughter's hair done before school starts. Very disappointing! If you want to wait 6 months for an appointment to then be canceled, be my guest.

I visited this salon recently and want to share my experience. The stylist initially offered to stay late to work on my hair, but unfortunately, the service took a turn for the worse. Throughout the appointment, he rushed through the process, displaying rough handling, especially during the washing stage, I also had a small burn from the hair dryer/hot rolling brush, and hair dye on my skin that was very hard to remove when I arrived home. What shocked me most was the inclusion of extra charges for products that were not disclosed beforehand.
Additionally, at checkout he became frustrated because of issues with the system, showcasing a different demeanor from the initial interaction. The lack of transparency regarding these additional fees was particularly disheartening as it created a misleading impression. I left feeling disappointed and misled.
In conclusion, I strongly advise avoiding this stylist at all costs.
