I have talked to the owner many times about the different types of scorpions and ants as I have show dogs. I worry about them being stung and bitten. Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful on what I can use at home that will not be harmful to my show dogs . I always recommend them to others and I believe you'll be happy with your service from sundance. Give this business a chance. You might be pleasantly surprised. We have used Sundance for the past year and they have been consistently above my expectations for a "bug guy".First of all, they are excellent at communicating. Their office person is on the ball. We get a reminder the day before, a call before coming over, and an emailed statement and receipt after the visit. I have needed to reschedule or change my service (indoor/outdoor or just outdoor) and each time I reach out she is friendly and easy to work with.The folks that come out are thorough and friendly too.
