Did not have an extensive list of questions to answer prior to being quoted and booked. They arrived on time and completed in 1:30hours although I was estimating 2hours. Their thoughtfulness for the customer experience really stood out when I booked for couches in our living room and he also did our area rug in the living room free of charge. That’s how you get people to book again and create a positive first experience for a new customer. 100% recommend.
