I honestly don’t even know where to start — I have so much to say about this company! I met Carlos through my home warranty after months of struggling to get my old AC replaced. Long story short, after two failed inspections by the home warranty, Carlos came, diagnosed the issue, and helped me finally get the payout I deserved. Not only that, Carlos got me an amazing deal through his company, Pro Tech HVAC, and they even offered financial assistance. I was finally able to purchase a brand-new AC system for my home. Three days later, his crew arrived right on time to install my new AC. They were professional, prompt, and showed me exactly how to use my new WiFi thermostat 😊. The unit runs so quietly that I even had to check if it was on! I am one very happy customer and highly recommend Pro Tech HVAC for any AC repairs or purchases.
