Our AC went out on a Friday night during August. We had to go through our warranty company, and we received the confirmation for the appointment right away. Unfortunately, the appointment wasn't until the following Friday, which in August in Phoenix is not ideal. Aside from the timeliness, the service was fantastic. They were able to fix the issue super quick, and even offered a payment plan when the fix was more costly than anticipated, and every time we called we were met with a live, very friendly, professional person. Would definitely recommend again, as long as they aren't backed up.
