Great Friendly Service.
I called them on a Monday and Immediately, Scott arrived to share input on the best replacement. The very next day Robert and his son installed my brand new air conditioner, quickly and quietly. They cleaned up all the debris from the old unit and were done by 1 PM. You can’t beat that kind of service and their service policy, which is free for the first year, is extremely reasonable. That’s the icing on the cake!
I came home from vacation to find my AC was not working. I called Meadow, and Scott arrived within three hours. He was able to get the AC up and running, and there was no charge. I do have a maintenance agreement with them, and I’m very pleased with the quality of service I receive.
The AC ran for about four hours and died. Meadow installed a new unit within 24 hours. The installers arrived early and were very professional. The new unit seems to be working well.
After installation there was a problem with the thermostat. Scott came out within an hour with a replacement thermostat. My AC seems to be working perfectly now.
