We’ve been using MaxClean for a couple of years now. This is a family owned business and it shows. We had a little emergency when our 95 pound German Shepherd got sick on our carpet. He came out the next day even though he was already booked for the week. When he was here last shampooing our couch(which looks and smells awesome) I mentioned to him that we were getting new carpet in our living room the next day. He told me not to get it shampooed for at least two years because it would ruined all of the protective sprays and such that they put on the carpet when they are new. Scheduled Max to clean two bedrooms. He arrived and told us to save our money-the carpet looked great and didn’t need cleaning. Only needed a quick raking. Looks much better. He had previously cleaned two rooms in our rental property and did a fantastic job so wanted to use him again but we didn’t need to. Appreciate his honesty-he could have easily cleaned and charged us for something we didn’t need. We will recommend him and definitely use him again. Easy to schedule and communication was excellent.
