Be using them again!
Another great review for RU Clean! They were on time, pleasant and friendly, and went right to work. Cleaned 8 chairs in no time at all, wiped the legs down, and even cleaned the tile surface area where they were working - which was a nice touch! I would definitely use them again for my cleaning needs and will be recommending to family and friends. Thanks guys!
Great Service and will be booking again for bedroom carpets. Ronal’s communication from first contact was quick and seamless.
Did not have an extensive list of questions to answer prior to being quoted and booked.
They arrived on time and completed in 1:30hours although I was estimating 2hours.
Their thoughtfulness for the customer experience really stood out when I booked for couches in our living room and he also did our area rug in the living room free of charge. That’s how you get people to book again and create a positive first experience for a new customer.
100% recommend.
