I have been seeing Dr. Duke and his staff for the past 2 or so years and find them to be excellent. Having worked in healthcare in a role that exposed me to many physicians and their practices, Dr. Duke and his office rank in the top 1% of those I've encountered.He always takes the time to fully and carefully LISTEN to his patients, and works WITH them to provide the best care. There are Docs who simply want to impart their textbook knowledge on their patients, without actively listening to them. Early morning appointment and they were very prompt and efficient. Friendly greeting by receptionist, and everyone I dealt with was very polite. Intern took time to listen and answer questions. Dr. Duke is exactly what I was looking for in a doctor. He listened and did not try to push me into tests or medications I do not need. I am glad to find the practice I was seeking?
Very pleased with Dr.Duke and his staff. Thorough, yet always on time. I never feel like I am being rushed through an exam. Glad I was referred to him a couple years ago. Just what I need in a PCP.
