Had to put down my 13.5 year old german shepard. The staff was kind and very sympathetic , I rate them a 10 star. I would highly recommend this pet hospital. Received a postcard in the mail with the staff condolences the very next week

Today I had to do what no pet owner wants to do & had to put my dog to sleep. The staff here is incredible and kind. They helped me as I came with just me and my dog. Thank you all for all your help & compassion and kindness. I am happy my little guy was able to go peacefully and is no longer in pain.

This is by far the best vet we have been to, they took the best care of our cat Skittles, they answered all of my questions without hesitation and were available to talk to me any time I called. They made feel at ease with her having to stay there a few days since we couldn’t be there with her.

They take care of our two cats. 1 1/2 year old. They are catching things we didn't notice. Their really friendly just don't be in a rush make an appointment if possible.

Went in to take my frenchie because she’s been throwing up and having diarrhea. They gave me medicine & didn’t communicate to me how long i should be giving it to her and just handed it to me. She didn’t get any better so they said she needed x-rays. I took her to get them and they said to bring her again the next day with no food or water in her belly to compare the x-rays. I got upset because why wouldn’t you tell me to fast her in the first place? Why do i need to compare ?? I wanted to know if there was something stuck in her stomach to begin with i do not need to compare x-rays. It would’ve been so much easier if i just went in the first time with her fasting. When i explained why i was upset Dr Duston was rude and blaming me for my dog being sick basically saying that i didn’t watch her and that’s why she is sick. He’s very rude and unprofessional. He was not making the situation better if anything he was making it worse with his little attitude. I call them to get the x-rays sent to my email, and the girls were rude and not helpful saying that i need to wait. I kept calling until another girl answered. This place is 0/5 stars do not recommend they just want your money they do not care about your pet.

Thank you so much bella for your wonderful help and service today that made things so much less stressful and helping me and Kylie get boarded and on the way regarding what I specifically needed in my situation. Marketplace is very clean and a very safe place for your animal.

Dr. Buczek is absolutely the best. She is kind and shows such compassion while taking care of my dog. He has special needs and she goes above and beyond to care for him. She cares so deeply for the animals she cares for.
