Maryann is absolutely phenomenal!! My mother has used her home inspection services and I've personally used her on two separate home purchases and both times she has been exceptional in her home inspection. Mary Ann with Benchmark Home Inspection came as a referral from a realtor. We had purchased a new home in Goodyear, AZ and we are nearing our 1 year warranty period. Mary Ann was extremely thorough and meticulously reviewed the external area, roof, garage and attic before reviewing the interior of our home. I was impressed with her report indicating some venting shortfalls and construction fixes. Mary Ann is extremely knowledgeable about the building codes and also provided solid suggestions about care for our home. Everyone on the fence about getting a home inspection should seriously do it especially if you have a warranty but even it not. Mary Ann found a hole in our cooling duct and the fix alone will save hundreds in utility bills. By the way for $60 she was willing to come Back and check the roofing tile, facade and vent work to be fixed by the builder. Sound investment hands down and solid company Benchmark home inspection!
