Alliance Urgent Care here in Buckeye, AZ., are very professional people. They really care for their patients and I never have anything negative to say about them. The times that I have been there, their wait time hasn’t really been that long, and the admin staff, Drs and PAs there are very cordial, professional and thorough as well. Went for an ear wax clean out prior to doing hearing test at Costco. Even though the doc said he wasn’t seeing much, we went ahead with the rinsing. Glad we did because the nurse was able to get a good sized piece of dried up wax out of both ears. She did a great job!
I have had to come here more times than I am proud to say due to myself and my children, but I will continue to come here because from the front desk all the way back to the doctor of the PA they have never ever made me feel like my voice didn’t matter. They always hear me out and I always leave there with a plan to help me or my children feel better. I also love their honesty if there’s ever something that they’re not able to do the front desk wall make sure that they ask for example one time my son had an injury that was gonna require imaging and they let me know that they will cancel my appointment and they were able to help me and then redirect me to where...read full review
