Highly recommend this facility! The staff is friendly, and the practitioners are incredibly supportive. It's so convenient having them close to home. They are simply awesome to deal with, whether you visit in person or call them on the phone.

One of their worst locations. I'm almost positive this is where they send the doctors that have no experience. Although I'm about 10 minutes away from this location I'm forced to go to Goodyear because of how unprofessional the Buckeye location is and how unexperienced the doctors are here. I wanted to share my experience with Alandria. She was very informative and went over and beyond with getting my family and I setup for an appointment. She was very efficient. It was my third time calling in and I was able to accomplish 2 in 1 appointments with her help!

Emily Neuman hands down fixed years of debilitating health issues I’ve had. I had a doc before her at the same place that was terrible, so I switched to Emily and thank god I did. She will go above and beyond to help whatever issue you are having. She listens and actually tries to help. Many docs just get you out of there asap and don’t even try to help you. Only go here for Emily. I’ve also seen Diana Bernardez and she was fantastic too. Actually listen to me and trying to help me. Both women are fantastic. I can’t recommend them enough.

This review reflects my family’s firsthand experience with the Adelante Healthcare Buckeye clinic and is shared to help other patients make informed decisions.
There were visits where care itself was appropriate, and some staff interactions were professional. However, our overall experience was impacted by ongoing communication challenges and lack of follow-through. We encountered unanswered phone calls, delayed or unanswered portal messages, and difficulty receiving timely responses when follow-up care was needed.
Our household includes patients with ongoing medical needs, including a minor child with a disability and an insulin-dependent patient who requires routine monitoring. In these situations, consistent communication and continuity of care are especially important.
We raised our concerns directly with the clinic in an effort to improve communication and continue care. Patient feedback is meant to address issues and improve outcomes. Following this, our family received a Notice of Discontinuation of Care citing a “breakdown in the care relationship,” without specific details. A scheduled diabetic follow-up appointment was subsequently canceled.
Based on our experience, this location may work well for routine or short-term care. Patients who need reliable communication or long-term condition management may want to carefully consider this when choosing a provider.

I have not had any problems with Adelante health care. Their staff from front desk, to checking out has always been professional and courteous. Their phlebotomist is fantastic, I have not had bruising.
