I am a patient of NP Carmela Fernandez for a few years now. I like to see her. She is knowledgeable, respectful and caring professional. Carmela knows how to listen and understand my needs Thank you! Front desk, medical assistants and phlebotomists were nice to me. I never wait in lobby long. Definitely would recommend this place. Great job!
This is an excellent medical group. They receptionists, nurses, doctors, EVERYONE that works here is really friendly, professional and smart. I went here for medical care in October of 2024 and I am very impressed with the care I received and how well they treat their patients. They actually care and want to help their patients.
Thank goodness no one was here I was in triage very quickly and in a room in no time !!!! I came in with very bad stomach cramps uncontrollable bowl movements and vomiting 🤮. Nurse Vanessa and Mary K were so nice and attentive and worked backed to back to make sure I was well taken care of. One of them even massaged my hip when I got a shot that was very painful super nice of her , Vanessa went above and beyond to get me a chair that can stay in my room so I wouldn’t have any accidents. Both of them really showed me TLC I felt so loved and cared for thank you ladies for doing what you do I appreciate you guys. God bless you
