The hours on google stated 7am-4pm. I called at 7:20am and as the phone was answered the gentleman said under his breath that "he swears people just called whenever they wanted." I apologized for calling so early and said that I had a freezer that wasn't working properly and he was very rude about it. He mentioned that he could do an emergency visit and cancel all of his appointments, which I had never said I needed. He then stated that people usually call and make appointments for this sort of thing, which was the entire purpose of me calling. I apologized for the inconvenience to him, and his response was "that's fine." I was frustrated at this point and shocked that he would communicate like this to a customer who has used him many times before. Please change your hours on google if they are incorrect online. Ultimately, ended up calling another company and will not be using West Valley in the future.

I've had them work on my HVAC twice now. The first time my drip pan had rusted out and needed replacing. He put in a new plastic pan, new supports, and added some gradient to it so it drains faster. Did a great job, and didn't try to sell me on anything else. The second time was a renter who called complaining the unit was noisy and making a banging sound. This is an older AC unit, but it's a Trane and it's solid. I am pretty sure most HVAC outfits would have tried to tell me that it was just worn out and needed to be replaced. Rob went and looked at it, and the outside condenser was full of dog hair. His diagnoses was that it was making the unit run hotter than normal and raising the internal pressure at the compressor, resulting in the banging sound when it shut down. He cleaned it thoroughly, tested it, sent me pics, and his bill was super reasonable. He's been trustworthy, fast, and done great work.

We didn’t even use them for our service, but can’t wait to! Called about a gasoline and they immediately and graciously shared their contact for a licensed plumber. They were super friendly! Great customer service!

I called West Valley Repair Service about a year ago. They came right away which was great because my fridge stopped working and I was worried I would lose all my food. They were able to do the repair the same day and it was a reasonable price. BUT I give them 5 stars BECAUSE I just had another problem with it again for a different issue and he gave me a reason why he thought it was not working and to check myself. I did and it did seem to be the problem but I had a question so I call again and he explained again and help me out. I was able to fix and not expend one dime and do it the same day (again no food going bad). He seems like a no-nonsense person and would not call him chatty at all but definitely friendly and happy to help. I don't know if that is what bothers others but I think they will do a great job if you know what you need.

I knew before the guy came out what was wrong with my dryer. One phone call and they came out the same day... Wanted to come out in the morning but I like my beauty sleep (retired) so they came out in the afternoon. Very nice clean cut guy. He went and got the parts and came back and fixed it. Two broken belts... In and out, really nice and very low prices. I would use them anyday, anytime.. Great service and I thank you.
