My son had been waiting for therapy for several months. I kept talking to the case manager and she kept telling me they were waiting for a referral. We went elsewhere to a place that had therapists open. I can't rate them on care quality because he received no care.
Touchtone discriminates! .....Avoid this place!!
We switched agencies so he could get ABA therapy. It's been almost a year, i have contacted his case worker, her supervisor, still haven't heard anything. I asked about family therapy for support, never heard back. The only service we have now is the psychologist.
