Dr Liu is truly the best! He patiently listened to my concerns, answered all my questions. I have severe anxiety especially with new doctors. He took his time and never rushed me. He put me on treatments that made me feel much better, was thorough, explained everything. And during treatments he even walked through to check on another doctors patient, and checked on me as well, he’s such a nice man and a good doctor. Very knowledgeable and caring. If you get Dr Liu as your doctor you are truly lucky. Because he is smart, attentive, caring, and you’re not just another number to him, he really does care about you, me and all his patients. That’s a rare a great quality to have! I cannot say enough good things about him, because most doctors these days just read a chart and don’t see their patients as people they are numbers and a chart. Not here, here he treats you just as if you were his own family. Because he cares!

I recently had a follow up consultation at the Ironwood facility in Goodyear, AZ with Dr. Sam Sun. As I am certain everyone is aware, appointments following the completion of cancer treatments bring stress, high anxiety, and a multitude of questions. Dr. Sun never fails to spend time addressing my concerns in a professional, yet, caring manner. He and his assistant are at the very top of my list of any health professionals I have ever dealt with.
Ironwood has been an amazing resource during this most difficult and frightening time in my life—and I am extremely grateful for their amazing expertise and support.

Horrible place

I had a wonderful experience during a difficult time at Ironwood Cancer facilities. Dr Brookman espeicially is an incredible surgeon! Her bedside manner is everything you could want! She talks to each person and listens to concerns while also answering all our questions thoughtfully and with understanding! She is skilled at what she does, gave us the full rundown of what was going to happen so we were fully aware and was there with us every step of the way! Thank you for your help!

I was seen and treated by De Shau and Amber Cano. They explained all treatments well and made me feel at ease. I needed to have their encouragement to complete the Chemo. The treatment center was top notch also. The nurses were friendly and very competent. Everyone their went out of their way to make you feel good and all had that positive attitude that is so important. Thank to all, much appreciated.

Dr Brookman and her assistant Nicholle are simply amazing. They supported me and my husband through the whole medical process start to finish. They showed understanding and compassion for us at every turn. I sincerely wish they were my primary care. My experience was the best it could be because of them. Thank you to them both for supporting me through the most difficult time in my life so far. These ladies are angels! Anyone who gets to be treated by them are lucky. Thank you!

I have been seeing Dr John Liu for many years for iron infusions. He has actually helped me in other areas besides my original issue. He is very knowledgeable, caring and patient. He always explains everything so I understand and has addressed any concerns I have. I really appreciate his professionalism and caring attitude.

I have been coming to Ironwood for the past 7 yrs due to both Dr. Nabong and Scott Lightfoot PA-C, M.P.A.S. Both have put my worries to ease and have answered my questions. I’m at ease when I go in for my check ups. I feel more like family member than a patient and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

The Goodyear staff are kind and helpful. Kristina was especially helpful at our most recent visit. We had some challenges with scheduling upcoming appointments and she persevered and got what we needed. Thank you!
