Highly recommend this establishment. The staff is very welcoming. The place is clean and nicely decorated. We went in for my dogs evaluation and I appreciate the fact that Hounds Town takes those steps prior to acceptance of pets. That tells me they care about all of the pets safety. Also they gift 🎁 every applicants pet, a free daycare day. That makes it easier for me to leave my dog overnight I feel my dog has a chance to familiarize herself with the place before staying overnight. I feel more at ease that way. I found this facility online when looking for a new place to board my pet. The staff that I came in contact with were very polite and professional.
This facility is very clean and has a pleasant smell.
We've been bringing our dog here for over six months now, and he loves it. On our first visit, we had to physically help him go through the door because he was so scared. The last time we dropped him off, he was off and running as soon as we passed through the gate. He is always happy on the way home which lets us know that we made the right choice. We have left him for overnight and extended boarding as well, and he was still a happy boy when we picked him up. I definitely recommend this location.
