I like how close I live to the office and they have on site labs, that's it! I always experience long hold and wait times. I have spent no less than an hour each office visit waiting in the lobby. I scheduled a telladealth appointment, 5 minutes after my appointment time I called them to make sure they were supposed to call me and the appointment was still on. They said the provider was still with another patient, understandable. I call back at 20 min past and again at 45min past. They told me that in person patients took priority despite my scheduled time. Have been to G&K Medical, insurance changed and I was assigned to Kenard Pringle, seems to be straight forward and honest, knows what he’s doing. Was just advised to be diligent in following up with the office, if you don’t hear from them, call them
