Didn't wait very long from in to out took I will say 50mins.
The only little thing ...was turns out I did have UTI but was not informed BUT, an antibiotic was called in then on Saturday I received call re:uti.
Turns out i have something in my eye, not a stye. The attending physician recommended i see an optomalogist soon. I made an appt. with my optomalogist, they found something that needs to be layered off. Banners physician gave a script for antibiotics...which gave me relief.
Banner facilities should communicate with each other. I went to Urgent Care on Sarival and Yuma road. They didn't have an X-ray tech SO I was referred to the urgent care on Avondale. I had a broken and dislocated wrist. After waiting a total of 4 hours, I finally got the care that I needed and the pain medication. I had to fill out the paperwork at both locations and I had to pay my copay at both locations. It was very frustrating and it was very time consuming. Since it is the same organization, I couldn't understand why I had to do these transactions twice.
