Cheyenne is always been so friendly and accommodating. The tech, Gilbert, was a pleasure -- not only nice and efficient, but it was fun getting to know him. I LOVE that the company includes bio information on the techs that are coming into your home.
Kolby the Tech came out same day to look at our unit. He was super friendly and kind got the AC unit going the same day also. Great communication the whole way through. My Family and I are super greatful for Autumn Air and Kolby for being so AWESOME!
Gilbert arrived earlier in the arrival window and was very approachable. Once I explained what the issue was, he proceeded to explain what was happening and what he was doing and the why behind it. Informed me about Autumn Air’s 2 year service plan. Luckily AC issue was just a capacitor, but a pleasant encounter.
