They are honest, helpful, and incredibly reliable. When we were dealing with some issues, their team went above and beyond to take care of us. Nikki in the office is amazing—organized, efficient, and on top of everything. The staff out in the field are just as wonderful: friendly, professional, and truly great at what they do. Desert Septic was great to work with. The guys came out to pump our tank and were very professional and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to find our tank since I had no idea where it was. I'd highly recommend them.
