I always have a professional & friendly visit with Dr. Jason Heavens & other care givers. Everyone is friendly from the moment I enter the reception area to my exit from my appts. The nursing staff is awesome and attentive to my needs too .
Renee Walker has become my PCP. I am very pleased and satisfied about this. Renee is a true professional and so caring. She truly cares about my health. She is very thorough! She explains everything she does . The staff is very nice as well.
Arrive ahead of time for my appointment …. Checked in with the Front Dest ….. sat down to wait … waited 3 to 5 minutes and was called back to have my blood drawn ….the nurse that drew my blood was very kind and sympathetic to the fact that my veins keep ‘rolling’ away from her ….. persistence paid off and I was home in time to eat my breakfast … Thank you all who make this trip to Village Medical a pleasure ?????
