During peak Valley summer, my AC crapped out. My leasing office sent someone from their “maintenance team” to fix it. Shocker, they didn’t fix it. My house was 97° inside. I called AJ Mike’s to see if he could figure out what was wrong and he figured it out in less than 15 minutes, and at 9pm no less!
The fix ended up being pretty simple and his price was MUCH better than everywhere else. So glad to find someone who will be HONEST about prices and not try to grift me out of hundreds of dollars!
