5+ rating!!!! On the hottest day of the year our ac went out, and to make matters worse it was after business hours and a Holiday weekend. Mike’s business was OPEN and even though he couldn’t come out that night he was there at his earliest opportunity the next day. He was quick to diagnose, quick to repair and the price was fair. Mike beat our expectations and earned all our future hvac business!!!

Fantastic Emergency Repair.My wife & I Rent a Duplex In Apache Junction. It went down this past Saturday so I called our Emergency Repair and explained what was going on.Mike gave me a call a few hours later & told me that he would be here between 5PM & 8PM Sunday. Received another call on Sunday when he was nearby @ 6PM. He did a very good job trouble shooting out A/C - Heat Pump starting with the Thermostat & then to the Roof. We had Cold Air blowing within an hour. Was very pleased with his work & the fact that he was available on a Sunday.Cost is on our Property Management so I can only go by the other ratings, but he did save us personal money, since I was ready...read full review
