From beginning to end, working with North Valley Water Solutions is a wonderful experience. I have worked with North Valley Water Solutions for over 15 years. Consistently, every employee is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Office staff is friendly, she quickly understands need and organizes a solution. My water heater went out and I had a team on site for repair within two hours! The technicians present themselves professionally, they are knowledgeable in their field, and maintain a very clean workspace. Dave, the owner, has created a great team and leads an exceptional company!
Tankless water heater had ignition issues, these guys didn’t do the initial install but we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided to get us back up and running with hot water. All happened within a matter of 3 days, which if you know anything about dealing with warranties, is quick as can be. We put them on the calendar already for our yearly service for our water heater and RO system! Awesome crew from the desk to the techs!!
