Excellent experience with this company! Alysha was always available when you call and Kama was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to show me the system and answer all my questions. Would highly recommend them.

While shopping for a new water filter/softener system, we met the owner, Dave, at the latest home show. We met with numerous companies offering the same service, but we were SO impressed with Dave's knowledge and honesty. He wasn't the least expensive, but quality service costs a little more and it was well worth it! We were also very happy to see that they also provided plumbing services.Dave installed the system himself and removed all of our old equipment. We were so happy with the service that when our garbage disposal died, we called North Valley to install our replacement. One of the best service companies I’ve ever used. Tech was great, helped troubleshoot older parts instead of replacing them and charging. Price was surprisingly low for a full sink hookup and they had quick availability. Will always use them going forward.
