I'm in my 60s & this was my best experience with an eye exam. Dr. Koop is excellent. Very thorough. She explains everything. She also is very courteous & respectful. Sherree helped me order my contacts & later had to reverse & repost the transaction because I didn't realize I had eye insurance. All of the staff was knowledgeable & very kind. I highly recommend them.
First time in and I was quite impressed by the staff and Dr. Koop. Michael was very helpful picking out some glasses for me and making sure I got the correct discounts from my insurance. The technician who did my pre-exam was very personable. And the doctor was thorough and listened to me to solve a problem I have been having. Hoping my insurance will allow me to keep this office
The staff were very friendly. I was surprised by how much out of pocket I had considering that my husband went to another optometrist and only had a fraction of the out of pocket, with the same lenses. I’ll probably go to his optometrist next year.
