I have been getting massage for many years now and from a number of different massage therapist since I moved often when I was younger. Ligia is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had. She has helped me improve my flexibility enormously. I had a bad bike accident as a kid and have always struggled with a kinked neck, no matter how often I stretch. But no longer! Her intuitive hands always seem to know right where to go and what to do. She has limbered me up so well that if I do get tight between massages, I can loosen myself up with a bit of stretching now. It is amazing to feel pain free for the first time in decades. Thank you Ligia!
