Recently my laptop crashed and I was unable to get the data from it. Brigg at LUVMYPC was able to reaquire the data, install and format a new hard drive, put the operating system back on, reload all the data and Office 365. My laptop is now better than new. His price was very fair, he was timely and communicative and I highly recommend them.
