just wondering if the hours needed to be updated. I waited outside for an hour. I have errands to run. don't want to run to fort Smith and have to come back and run back to Fort Smith a second time.

please make sure the glasses fit the client. I was not happy at all with my granddaughters classes they are way too big for her little face. was not able bodied enough to go with them when they were sized and picked out their frames I put my faith in the little gentleman that is there to assist the clients. apparently he was no help at all by the looks of her glasses I'll be glad to send pictures if necessary I'm really disappointed. if only I could get a prescription from them I will go somewhere else to find a frame that fits. other than that Graham Optical is a good place I just had that one bad experience other than that I'm happy with Kelly and the Gang thank you
