So my Wife loves fitness, and eating the right way. She met Stephanie and Dave through mutual friends and it was an immediate success. They straightened out her macros and hormones. And changed up her fitness routine to generate an overall better plan. They come to Tulsa multiple times a a month, for clients here,but mainly based in the Ft. Smith/Van Buren area. GET HER APP! The only app you'll ever need, the only trainer you'll ever need. I love her app out of all the fitness apps I've tried. Best of all, Stephanie rewards users for every 100 exercises! I am fortunate to not only have met her in person, but count her as a friend. If you ever get to meet her, you will have an instant friend who truly, genuinely cares about your mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical well being. I found Stephanie when I was in a desperate state of hormone dysfunction and confusion in working out, due back and hip issues. I trusted her completely and followed her nutrition coaching and worked out with her to make sure that I was using correct form. I love using the fitfourfive app because I don’t have to think, I just open and workout. I went from having absolutely no energy to having a lot of energy and therefore improved mood. I am off of antidepressants and no longer have digestive problems. I went from eating extremely low calories to more food than I’ve ever eaten and I am at a lower weight but have also put on muscle.
