The manger Christina from the Fort Smith office is rude and unwilling to listen to issues. She will also give you the run around about when parts are coming in. They also quoted me 400 dollars more for the same job that Tom Heating and Air were willing to do. I would recommend anyone else other than this company.
I'm giving you two stars just a simple fact that you showed up early just to ruin the whole situation by not figuring out the real solution to the problem and then wasting my time by kind of get ahold of you all day in the 85 degree house with a newborn child just to tell me like well it looks like it's going to be $2,000 on top of the service fee for coming out and just looking at it for 10 minutes and not even figuring out that it was something completely different wrong with the AC unit stop over inflating prices and diagnosing entire components to an AC unit when you know for a fact that it's small individual parts can short out that are 2-$300 instead.
