Where do I begin? Let’s first start with Mr. Tray and Mr. Evan… while collecting multiple estimates— post being badly burned by an unlicensed contractor, I meet these divine two. They not only uncovered hail damage— that I was utterly unaware of— they also showed up time-and-time again to ensure my project was approached with utmost integrity. While I ultimately proceeded with a GC due to the unlicensed contractor’s crashing (amid a wind storm) /becoming an urgent safety hazard, I can’t express my gratitude enough for this company. They truly live up to their name, which is rare. Thank you beyond words, you truly walk the talk. Exceptional hiring!

Deric Herring was very helpful in getting my insurance company to cover the cost of my roof replacement. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of roofing. The workers did an amazing job in removal of all trash and the job was done in one day.
I called First Star Exteriors when I needed a new roof. Pat Kelly was my sales rep and Chris Foster helped with my insurance. Both gentleman were professional and extremely helpful through the whole process. My insurance did not want to cover my whole roof, just the front slope. With Mr. Foster's knowledge of the roofing business, local and state codes, and insurance experience, he was able to prove that the whole roof needed to be replaced.
