“I've used this company twice over the last few years for my mom's old house. On the first, she called and wanted a new upstairs system installed. She has dementia and misunderstood the price (he said $5787; he thought it was $57.87). She told him she couldn't afford it. He returned the truckload of equipment and was kind and forgiving. I called him out later and he installed it and did a great job. Last month, she said she was cold and the heat wasn't working. She called another company who said all the ductwork must be replaced for $5200. I asked Thomas for a second opinion. He inspected, confirmed the problem, and replaced it all for $2100.
