I called them, scheduled a time, but then I got a call back saying they were available earlier. Same day I called, they cleaned the main line and replaced the toilets, I was expecting the price to be astronomical, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the outcome. They are my number one for any plumbing issues from now on.
Based on the experience i have had, I can highly recommend them. We had a hot water slab leak. They came out at night, and helped us out. Came back repaired problems... and informed us of issues with the tankless water heater being installed improperly, and told us hot and cold lines were backwards. We just purchased this house, and have had these issues. They were very compassionate to our circumstances, and helped put me at ease. I was beside myself. Amy was super sweet. Cliff was very understanding. Professional and kind services.
We are grateful for outstanding service! Problem was diagnosed, bided, and job completed by two professional and efficient gentlemen. Hot water is now immediate and pressure increased. Final cost were fair and at initial bid.
