I called and got an apt that was set for 2 days out, I showed up at 9am for my apt and dropped my car off and they had me ready to go at 12:21pm. I already had what I wanted them to install and they hooded it up and I'm very pleased. A little pricey but other shops were more so it was a win win

We have been customer's of Thumpers for several years now. We have bought multiple appliances from them and they have survived the test of time. Very happy with all of our purchases from them. We have only ever used their warranty one time, and they were quick to honor it, no questions about it, true to their word.

They also do appliances! Bought a used dryer from them several years ago, oh and the heating element went out. Not surprising as it was a 10 year old dryer that was used often. Went in, explain the situation, they took the dryer in, fixed it the same day, and I picked it up before they closed. Price was totally fair and they even offered to show me the broken evening element. Cannot say enough good things, they will be my first stop if I ever need any Sort of refrigerator or washer and dryer.
