“I’ve had a membership here for going on almost 4 years now. I’ve always loved this place and the staff is wonderful however recently the bulbs are not being changed how they use to. Barely even notice anything from one tan. I use to only have to go one or two days a week to get the color I want. Now I have to go four times a week to get the color I like. I’ve had conversations with other member when I’m there they notice it to. Hopefully you can go back to changing the bulbs more often so you keep your loyal members.”
