I’ve had a membership here for going on almost 4 years now. I’ve always loved this place and the staff is wonderful however recently the bulbs are not being changed how they use to. Barely even notice anything from one tan. I use to only have to go one or two days a week to get the color I want. Now I have to go four times a week to get the color I like. I’ve had conversations with other member when I’m there they notice it to. Hopefully you can go back to changing the bulbs more often so you keep your loyal members.
The staff are all great and helpful and the equipment is kept in clean, top notch condition. I’ve tanned in a lot of different businesses over the years and Palm Beach in Springdale is by far the best!!!!
I absolutely love coming to PBT in Springdale! Everyone that works there is so friendly and knowledgeable. The manager, Brooke, is wonderful and always so helpful and happy to answer any questions I have. The beds are top of the line and so relaxing and they always have great deals on lotions and other products! 100% recommend them for tanning and red light therapy!
