Royal Overhead Door

We have used Royal multiple times. The first time they corrected an issue from a different garage door company and it cost less. The second time our spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday. We called Monday morning and they were out that afternoon to fix it. They are affordable, always quick to respond, and get the work done right.

We had a spring break several years back, and I searched for local places that serviced the door opener that was installed. I think they came out the next day and fixed it. So, I had used them previously. We called again when we had an electrical issue, and I actually asked about upgrading to a new unit with battery backup, remote access, etc. they came out and fixed the electrical issue to get us up and running and gave us an estimate for the new opener, but they were out of stock. I had to call back to ask about the opener, and they scheduled a time. I did get bumped from their schedule, but it was a door for a fire station, so kudos to them for getting emergency services...read full review

Just installed a new door. The guy came out and definitely knows what he's doing. I normally see at least two people installing them but this guy did it by himself in a couple of hours and everything is great!
