“When my back is out of whack, I always know I can trust Dr. Dickerson and his team to fix me up and get me moving again pain-free. No one else I trust with my back!”
Club Pilates
“Club Pilates Rogers is my version of the Cheers Bar. Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name and they’re always glad you came. That’s the magical feeling I get when I step into the studio. The instructors and studio manager, Emerson, make it feel like a second home, a place I want to keep going back to.
Lara’s classes are my therapy. Not only does she offer one of the most engaging classes, she does so with genuine care, creative flair and humor. She makes you feel like you are part of a community. She also has excellent taste in music.
Barb is such a warm and kind instructor. She teaches with empathy and great care. She is incredibly patient.
Maria is a breath of fresh air. Her sound baths are beautiful and rejuvenating.
Dawn is so much fun and has the most positive spirit. I always leave her classes feeling happy. She is an instant mood elevator!
Tanya has the most lovely Center + Balance class- I always leave feeling so serene.
Tisha is so knowledgeable and a wonderful teacher. Her private session classes built such a strong foundation for me to begin on, as I had never properly exercised before.
Needless to say, the instructors are all wonderful and set the perfect tone for inspiring and motivating classes.
I can’t thank Club Pilates enough for coming along at a time when I didn’t know it, but needed it the most. It’s made me truly understand the mind-body connection, taught me how to literally breathe and offered me a sanctuary, a place where I can take a break from all my worries. It sure does help a lot!”
