I called at 8:30 am and was told they were busy but could get to me today between 10:00 and 3:00. Our air was blowing hot air and it was 85 in our house! The technician called me at 10:15, and he had my unit repaired in about an hour! He didn’t try to tell me we needed a new unit, he just fixed it and got us going again!
