We had 9 windows replaced by Ozark Home Pros. Stephen Shafer was our installer and did a fantastic job. He was professional, with high standard of attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the job. His caulking is first class, in fact a couple of neighbors came over and said what a great job he was doing. I had expected 2 or 3 installers to arrive but Stephen did it alone and did such a great job that I would definitely recommend him and Ozark Home Pros (now I believe rebranded to Twist and Spout) to do any home improvement. First class job Stephen, it was a pleasure to have you in our home.

Drew and Stephen did an amazing job with the installation, and conferred with us throughout the process to make sure everything would be exactly as we wanted it.
