My eye appointment was postponed 10 days so the girls up front went out of their way to make sure I had trial contacts in the meantime.

I have always gone to this place and gotten either my contacts or glasses and have never had a issue until now, I literally went there had my exam got my prescription renewed and thought they had ordered my contacts like they always have. After 3 weeks of waiting I called up there and was told my contacts were never ordered and that they had told me they didn't take my insurance and would have to go some where else, which is a flat out lie, I was never told any of that they only I was told was how much I owed and what color contacts I wanted, and the girl was very rude about it. This place is awful now. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enem, it full of nothing unprofessional liars.

Great eye doctors!!!!! I needed a eye exam and was able to get in and out pretty quick less than 30 mins. Dr Beavers is a great guy he definitely goes over your eye test and let's you no what you need. The prices of frames here are the cheapest I've seen.

Unprofessional staff and doctor. I called at 9am to schedule an appointment at 2:15 that day. The girl asked for my vision Insurance info which I have her. When I took off work to drive across town to my appointment they told me they needed my medical insurance card. They then told me they don't accept my medical insurance there I would need to go somewhere else or Pay out of pocket. They havev5 hours from the time I scheduled my appointment until 2:15 to call me and ask for my medical insurance to have determined this which would have allowed me time to find another doctor. But instead waited until I got there at 2:15 on a Friday to be treated for a chemical burn. Two young girls working the front that was very dingy and could care less about the inconvenience they caused me. Very frustrating. I'll never go back there again.
