I have had such a great remodeling experience with O'Franco Roofing and Remodel. Edwin and his crews are the best ever. Communication is excellent, and he listens and supports through the entire project. Plus, he offers up great advice and opinions all along the way. I'm so glad I deferred to him on flooring choice and ceiling stain color. He did not steer me wrong. Then end result of my new bucket-list kitchen is amazing! Thank-you Edwin, to you, Anna and your son, and the kind, competent craftsmen who work their magic.
My wife and I bought a new house that needed a few things fixed along with some updating so we called O’Franco Roofing and Remodeling. Edwin came out to give us estimates on all of our projects individually, and he took the time to listen to our needs and didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t want. His team did gutter repair, drywall repair, and interior painting of our entire house. Each job was completed very professionally by skilled craftsmen and we are very satisfied with all of the work that was done. 100% satisfaction with O’Franco Roofing. Edwin was very pleasant to deal with. He kept in contact with us throughout recent repairs and patiently listened to our concerns before work began. Jorge and Charlie did excellent and professional work on rewrapping garage door frames and patio posts. They started when they said they would and all work was done timely. We will definitely call on Edwin in the future for any repairs or remodeling at our home.
