So ive tried to make an appointment by via text and was informed that i could go on social media and make appointment. i let her know I dont use no kind of social media and she told me i could get ahold of her anytime I wanted to make an appointment. Tried to reach her once i wanted to make that appointment and she once again told me i could go on social media So i had a friend go on her fb and make appointment and she said she would get back to us to make that appointment to this day we still never got a response. I had my nails done here for my senior photoshoot session and the ladies here were nothing but unprofessional and rude. I had to wait an hour, and the young lady doing my nails was constantly stopping in the middle of doing her job to text on her phone and when it froze she asked me to help her take off the case, mind you I acrylics glued already. Aside from that the owner was upset, because I took a picture of the display to show the tech how I wanted my nails designed and made drama over it and asked that I delete the photo. The quality was ok but the polish was cheap and design was poor. I was also disturbed that the tech next to us was talking smack to the client... read full review
