Kimbel Service - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Due to storm damage to my furnace chimney I called Kimbel Service last Friday. Megan did a great job of understanding my problem and gathering the appropriate information for the technician. Levi and AJ arrived today, Monday, (ahead of two days of scheduled rain) and performed the necessary repairs to put the furnace back in service and keep out any rainwater. They were professional, understanding, competent and friendly. I have used Kimbel Service for several HVAC and generator services and they are first class! Love love love love this company. They are quick to respond, courteous, and professional. We always know our jobs will be completed as quickly as possible. We have used Kimbel for many years on our personal home, rental properties, and our cafe. They sent a guy named Ty out to scope my drain. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Explained that my drain blockages were likely caused by (bad) garbage disposal habits rather than structural problems, since he couldn't see any damage or flow problems. Which made sense given previous problems and how they were fixed.Price was reasonable (I understand that time and knowledge are just as valuable as labor and parts) and comparable or better to what others wanted, and I'd be happy to call Kimbel again.Service: Drain cleaning
